There is a steel line which runs from the water pump to the back of the engine which, connects to one of the heater core hoses.
Mar 17, 2014 · I can't for the life of me find the source. I've crawled into every nook and cranny with a flashlight and can see coolant but no leak. It seems to be coming from behind the pulleys and above the waterpump, but it was being splashed around a bit, so hard to tell. The pics show the area that are wet.
